Nowadays, the ceiling fan is always used in the daily purposes especially in Southeast Asia. The ceiling fan is used to control the room temperature. The advantages of using the ceiling fan instead of using the air conditioner are easy to install, cheap in installation and maintenance and also it is sufficient to control the room temperature in Southeast Asia. The ceiling fan also can be used to blow wind and as an agent to dry up the clothes. All the activities of ceiling fan can be controlled by using centrifugal switch.
Actually, the function of centrifugal switch as a controller for a ceiling fan. The consumers can select the interested speed by switching the appropriate level in switch centrifugal. Normally, a ceiling fan has six speeds’ switches. There are speed 0, speed 1, speed 2, speed3, speed 4 and also speed 5. The speed 0 is especially for switching off the ceiling fan. The slowest is for speed 1 and the fastest is for speed 5. For example, if the consumer has interested to choose the speed of ceiling fan goes to speed 3, he or she needs to switch the speed 3 only.
Sometimes, the consumers cannot choose the appropriate room temperature related to environment. Or, maybe they are very busy until have no time to determine the appropriate room temperature. So, this prototype built for easy to consumer how to handle according to current room temperature.
